Exercise Rehab


Exercise is very important to keep the body healthy. During your appointments you can expect that some type of exercise will be recommended to you. Exercise is used both for preventative and rehabilitation purposes. Each individual will be provided a tailored exercise program that will meet their goals. 

Exercise rehabilitation is designed to get you to regain full function after you have had an injury. It involves restoring strength, flexibility, endurance, power and proprioception.

Tuesday:                  9:00am-12:00pm, 2:00pm - 7:00pm 

Wednesday:            Closed

Thursday:                9:00am-12:00pm, 2:00pm - 7:00pm

Saturday:                  9:00am-12:00pm
Sunday:                     Closed
